Vintage St Croix rod (Harold Ensley)version, heard of it?

I found a Harold Ensley fishing rod today,made by St.Croix.Cork handle.
It is marked 7-6'6" It is a older carboloy,tip top one.Also has a serial number wrote into the metal under the reel placement.ff0201__.
I believe this Harold Ensley fellow is the famous fishing dude. Any information would be appreciated,thank you!
