Viewing prior posts

Hello,

At times I will want to follow a prior thread from a former poster from beginning to end. My problem stems from the fact that I can only view recent past posts. I will click on the posters user name and then on the "view all posts". Only a few will show up.

Does anyone know why this happens?-------Thanks.

I think that has to do with the search function which is still in the repair mode.
