Have a slight vibration developing on new 2011 90 HP Yahama 4 stroke -- 50 hours on it --- seems that vibration is most noticable at about 2500- 3500 rps --- what might cause this --- the motor received its 25 hour check at about 35 hours and all was in order --- never hit anything --- throttle position stuck once when tring to shift out of neutral into drive -- went into drive but would not shift out without turning off the motor -- no other clues

Run your finger along the edge of your prop to make sure you don't have any nicks. Check prop and make sure it's tight and check bolts holding motor to transom.
If these things seem ok then take it back to dealer and let them fix it under warranty, don't do anything to motor as you won't want to void your warranty.

I would agree check the prop. The smallest nick could cause a vibration at certain rpms. Also check the bearings one might be prematurely failing. Also are you sure it not some cavitaion issues that are causing the vibs.
