Verdaro 200 won’t throttle up full RPM

Have a mercury 200 verado with electric remote controller I can’t reach full RPM. Did replace the mercury the tach out. Do I need to reset with laptop?

What is the motor serial number?
Does motor have cable or digital throttle control?

Yes digital throttle and gear selector. This is the tach I replaced as well. Did have everything disconnected to remove helm.

Being a newer motor and digital your going to need a scanner to see what is going on. Might get a hint if you had Smartcraft display. Scanner can be found at Rinda.com
