Hello, I just purchased a 1999 four winns 258 vista and everything was working but then towed it home 600 miles and today when I put it in the water the cluster is totally dead. Nothing works and have checked all the under dash fuses wiggled wires etc looking for something loose. I wanted to remove it to check voltages from behind but can not figure out how to remove the cluster.... I have searched high and low to find posts on this but nothing.... some had pictures of removal without directions but pictures had been removed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have read alot about eveybody replacing the whole cluster with regular gauges but i just bought it and maybe will do this down the road as well but right now I need to know how much gas is in the thing! among other things!

I am researching this issue too and I found several discussions about it on the ifourwinns.com site. You might take a look there.

If I recall correctly, there is a long thread about a replacement project on a 2000 Horizon 230. I bet it isn't all that different than yours.

Just FYI.
