These next photos show: The way the Ballistic prop hub fits into the gearcase. Second photo shows the Vortex prop fitted into the gearcase. Third photo shows the back of the Ballistic hub and why the thrust washer must be removed for clearance. Fourth shows the thrust washer fitted in front to center the hub and take the washer and nut. Fifth shows the front of the Vortex Note that the rubber hub does not enter the center hole. Next time I will cut the rubber donut a bit so the hub enters the prop fully.

Hmmm! Gotta paint that gearcase!
