A friend has a pair of 1993 7.4 Crusaders in a cruiser. One of the engines is giving him trouble restarting if it is hot. Both engines start fine from a cold start, and will run just fine all day long. If he stops for 15 min or so after a good run, the starboard engine will not restart. Port fires right up. Cranks over fine, but reacts like it is starving for fuel. Come back an hour or so later after it cools down, and it fires right up. Both engines are freshly tuned. The engines are the first generation fuel injection, with throttle body EFI. He has his local marina check for codes, and it came up clean.
Any suggestions to fix this would be great! Its driving him nuts. Thanks.
