Turns out the noise was caused by a loose piece of something bouncing around in the cylinder . Yamaha and the mechanic have no clue what it was . The F150 has 166 hrs. on it , hope they replace the block . Piston and sleeve are pitted . Waiting on the verdict . Opinions ? Thanks , Larry
