Hey guys,
I have an external 25l plastic tank with my Yamaha 75HP outboard. Recently, the valve on the tank broke... You know the valve on the tank, that has the tube that goes to the bottom of the tank, the whole assembly can be removed with 4 screws.

Can a replacment part be bought online? It would be a shame to have to throw out the tank just because the small valve decided not to work

If its a Yamaha branded tank you can probably get the parts through them. If its a generic brand you'll need to go to the manufacturer. I've not seen the fuel pick-up assembly available separately anywhere on-line but that certainly doen't mean that they are not. You'll need to search for "xxxxxx(brand) fuel tank pickup".
