Valve for additional fuel tank

I presently have a 20 gal tank on a 28ft pontoon with a 150 Johnson. When loaded with about 12 people gas milage goes to hell!! Gets about 1gpm @ 3000 rpm. I have storage room to add an additonal 20 gal tank. This is my question. I need to locate some type of in line "T" connector with a valve that would allow me to switch from one tank to the other. As it now stands I can run about 20 miles or so before I have to re-fuel using two 6 gal portable tanks I carry on board. That makes it really difficult to refuel considering each tank weighs about 50lbs and the fuel filler is in a location that makes it almost impossible to refuel without getting a wet A**!!

Does such a valve exist or does anyone have a better suggestion?

Thanks,
Danny K.

Danny, You can get a three port fuel valve from West marine for $27. It allows you to select either of two seperate fuel tanks. You could also rig something up from 3/8" brass plumbing fittings.
