Any available vacuum line should be fine to add a T-fitting into and fit up the gauge. If there is no port currently fitted than remove the inlet manifold and drill and tap a hole in it and fit a threaded barb fitting than you can fit a vacuum line to it. Near the base of the carb is best but the top of any inlet runner will be do fine. Good luck.
