V6, Uneven water flow from the port side, right side is normal exhaust + warm water

Hello before the season running on muffs after the winter I’ve noticed , Uneven water flow from the port side, right side is normal exhaust + warm water
I think always like steer side ?

Mine will have different amounts coming out, while on the trailer, depending on which way it's leaning.
