V4 Looper powerhead swap?

Has anyone swapped a newer 1995-2001 130/135hp looper V4 powerhead on an early small bore mid 1985-1988? tuners are different, but the gaskets an adapters seem the same. obviously i would need to swap gearcases but just checking to see if anyone had done it (basically changing a small block to a big block 2.0)? other than the exhaust relief "muffler", i see no difference in the parts diagram...

right but i meant swapping the correct 1992-up gearcase as well. John Tiger just remembered he did the same thing and also changed the old tuner to the newer 1 piece less restrictive on as in the 130hp as well with no issues
