V4 heads interchangeability question

Will 1975 85 V4 heads fit a 1984 90 V4? Both are crossflow, same bore, but different head gasket. I realize the 1975 heads don't have mounts for the coils (I can easily fabricate those) and am wondering do I use the later head gasket (assuming this actually works)?

In case you're wondering, my friend's 1984 needs new heads and I have access to the 1975 motor for parts unless someone here has the heads I need.

No the 1975 85 hp is a smaller bore, the 115 and 135 are the same and they will fit minus the coil mounts.
