V/P engine alignment.

I am familiar with the engine alignment tool for mercruiser. I own one and have used it. (Correctly)

I am going to end up helping a co-worker replace a freze damaged 5.7L volvo/penta engine. I believe it is an AQ260 with the AQ 280 outdrive. Is there a similar alignment tool/procedure for the V/P setup as there is for Mercruiser?

I tried to do a search on this but if you read my post prior to this one, I am having some trouble with the search function on this site. Needless to say I found some conflicting information in the first dozen or so posts I went through.

280's don't get aligned with an alignment bar.
