Using dual purpose Mityvac to pump gear oil into lower unit?

I have a Mityvac Manual Hand Pump, it has a pressure or vacuum switch. im wondering can i hook up a line to the canister (fill it with gear oil) then run a line to the lower unit select pressure and pump gear oil into the lower unit?
my mity vac is similar to this one

I have never tried with lower unit oil. i bet it would as long as it will flow!!!!! if it works let us know thanks!!!!

i dont have the canister kit yet but before buying i was wondering if it works. Would kick butt if so, haha

yeah it would be cool!!!! Im working on a project i got to get me a pump to get all the old fuel out!!! that's going to be fun!!
