Thank you for this forum it has been very valuble to me since I bought my boat last fall. I bought a 1965 Glasspar in great shape with a 60hp Johnson VXL-11C that runs ok for $400.00 DEAL. My first problem was the spark plugs and wires, I found a thread that matched my problem to the T. Got that fixed, ran it last weekend, had fun 
, got it home and something told me to check the gearcase lube, pulled the plug and vent, BAD NEWS, all that came out was water with a few drops of oil on top! After taking the LU apart, spraying half a can of wd-40 into it and ordering a seal kit from my local dealer decided to look at getting the right prop for what Im doing with it. The prop I have works but the hub is slipping slightly and it just looks to small.
The guy that I got the boat from lost or left off the nose cone on the prop, my local prop guy has the right prop instock for me $60 but he couldn't order me a cone. Does anyone have the part # so I can search online or better yet have on lying arround the garage?
