Used 1996 Bayliner

I am thinking about trading my 86 larson in on a 1996 Bayliner 2655 Cierra.

Can anyone tell me if there anything to look out for in that year of Bayliner? Has there been any rot or hull problems?

The drive is a 5.7 L Mercruiser. Has there been any drive problems with this motor?

I took a quick look at it today. It looks nice. I did not take a test drive or try to look under the deck yet.

I just put money in my boat and would like to upgrade without going through my problems again.

thats a nice size boat, cruiser? while there is a lot to look for on any older boat, send a PM to BAYLINER85. He bought a similiar style of boat your looking at. He learned a lot in a hurry. Also you may want to throw a shout at baylinerownersclub forum. That model is pretty popular over there and they are helpful bunch.
