uprating 1994 60hp merc

hi guys. is there any thing i can do or get done to uprate my 60hp mer to say 65hp or even 70hp. i dont want to get another engine as this is in very good condition but a touch more power would be heaven sent. i get a real good pull away using a 10 3/4 x 13 pitch but poor top end. with 10 1/4 x 15 get good top end but poor pull away. another 5hp would help big style. so any help would be great. the engine is 1993/4 in good condition, no smoke be decarbed,new plugs etc starts straight away first time, the boat is a dell quay dory very similar to 15 whaler.

I'm afraid that's the most horsepower model for that class. It's already tweaked about as much as it can be without going aftermarket and there isn't much available.
