upgrading a Suzuki DF4 to a DF6

can anyone tell me how to upgrade a DF4 to df6 output? everything seem to be identical except for the throttle is restricted by a plate marked "4". Is it simply a case of removing the restrictor?

also where can i get parts to convert to an external fuel tank?

Did you ever get the upgrade done ??
I was looking into this as well but have not been able to find the answer
Reading the manual you would at least have to change the prop as well (this will limit the RPM)


I did convert to an external tank - all the parts needed where easy available at a Caribbean Chandelier
