Upgrade C40PRLU from tilt only to tilt and trim?

I am wondering if anyone has had any success upgrading their 2-stroke C40 series engine (C4-PRLU in my case) to have trim as well as tilt? mine is tilt only and I am wondering if this is something that can be upgraded.

My guess would be to try one from a TLRU of that year, but I do not know for sure it would fit a PLRU
