I havent posted for a while, so I thought an update was in order.... I dont know if you guys remember my project.... 1970 SeaRay with a 74 85HP Johnson. Doing a complete "update" Just finished the trim... Going to coat it soon. I have a one month winter break from school, so I think that I will dissasemble and paint the johnson. Sadly, however, I am broke so seats and carpet will have to wait a couple months.

Looks like you are putting some strength in that floor. You planning on shooting the rapids on your web site with it?

Its comming along good. You might want to post in the "Projects Boats" section, the mods will probably shift this one over there anyway. Good job....

the wood is not red oak, its mahogany. A room was sheathed in it before we remodeled our house. Came in handy.
