update on "Mr Spikers"!!!! dog behavior!!! whoop, whoop!!!Needs cataracts fixed tho
Anyone know a good dog opthamologist? Spikers gonna need his eyeballs fixed (just like my left one I had done) His partial Sharpei breed is susceptible to this, had it since he was 5 (???) months old, is why he was on the ARF "questionable to adopt" list, but we got him anyways, the personality, loyalty and him loving just about any other animal or good human qualities are amazing! And zero accidents (ok one when my fresh outta Army bud/temp roomie's bud was here for a few days, but he wasn't used to him yet ) From what I've seen surgery is like 1 -2 mortgage payments????!!! Eeeeek!!!!!! But he totally healthy and not quite 1.5 years old
Is funny since I've been home/on the "hurt list" he's done GREAT, and boy what a great watch dog!!
My buddy here like a month, back working refinery welding close by helps too w/ Spike, Spike gets around FINE in house, garage, small back yard, but honestly guys, I KNOW his quality of life would be better with at least one good peeper, we could let him loose at doggy park, etc - so I AM going to do this for him. Would love any comments, Thanks!!
