Got the new switch box from iboats today, I put it on and give everything one last check, hooked up the hose,
turned the key, pushed the choke button and it started and run it 800rpm. Everything was working fine. set the
carb. screws 1/2 turn richer, I let it run for 45 minutes checking things out and it looked like everything was as it
should be. I WILL SAY THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME HAS

PS I feel a little better about burning up the old switch box

The carbs need to be set at 1 turn out and adjusted from there.
The extra 1/2 turn is just asking for trouble.
The factory guy told me that it's not needed and just set it like the manual says.
Just my opinion!!!J

That was the first start of an overhauled engine, I set the carbs.rich for the break in period to keep the cylinder temperature down,
after the break in I will adjust them normally. THANKS AGAIN GUYS,...... HAS
