Update Lock out

As the day progresses, worst in the evening, a java plug in's update, or flash player update screen will take over my screen telling me they have to be run to continue. I checked these programs and I am running the newest versions. When I click the X to close them it kicks me right out of Iboats. This is the only site it is happening to me on. Anyone else having this problem?

It has just done it to me 4 times says plugins outdated and either Java or flash take over the screen, then boot me out when I close them.

Good Morning, it happens mostly in the Resto and StarCraft forums, as far as the thread I can't remember, I will note it when it happens again.
