I had a post on July 7th about my 74 slickcraft w/74 85hp Johnny. After trying everything I heard from this forum, and all my freinds and local techs, drilling a 1/8th" hole right behind each blade, that seems to work very well.(got out of the hole more quickly). But on the second time out I sheared off one of the blades. Which lead me to replace the prop with an OMC Alum/14 X 17. Talk about a great big differance. That yanked that heavy boat out of the hole with a screem. :) I just wanted to tell everyone here on these forums, that the advice I have received has been very informitive and accurate. "A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO IBOATS AND EVERYONE HERE" <br />Ya'll Rock!!!! :D
