unknown part name for Nissan 8b outboard

Hello there. I have an issue with my 1995 ns 8hp nissan outboard and was wondering if anyone can help. My motor runs perfectly but theres a mount that is cracking and I wanted to know if it needs to be repaired. I have pictures that can be seen in the following links someone can please contact to help me with this (minor/major?) issue.

Its not an engine problem. its a mount that is starting to crack and i need out if it can be replaced or not. Thank you in advance

The one on the starboard side is a 3B2614020M & the left one is a 3B2614010M. They are lower shock mount brackets. It needs to be replaced.

Thanks for your help guru. Do you or anyone else know where I can buy these parts? I have searched EVERYWHERE online and I get no results. Anyone please?
