Unknown hp or year.

I have a evinrude motor, not sure what hp it is. The numbers on the round silver thing on the motor itself says 1503409812, i tried to look up the numbers on line but only found the first set 15034 under a 1961 18hp. Can anyone help me out here. I want to get the motor running and would like to know the hp and year.

Tag looks like this? 15034 is the model, 1961 18 hp.
Last 5 digits are the serial #.
Probably looks like mine in the pic by my name.
