Umbrella Rigs

[Five O'Clock]

I go trolling with a friend for stripers and we've just used large lures, but I want to start using Umbrella rigs. I want to know how to buy and pick out an umbrella rig. I also do not have a rod, or reel for that matter, that can support these rigs. I'm a college student so I do not have umlimited funds for the rod and reel so any suggestions?

Have you tried tube and worm trolling? Very productive and no special gear required.
