Cap it off and just run mixed fuel! Is/was used used for oil injection.
I had a sneeking suspicion that one of you guys would say that! When I grabbed this
SPL version I was thinking that it didn't come with the oil pump (specifically).
I remember the fella who checked it over for me at the dealer said something about getting a tank and line for the "oiler". I blew it off at the time thinking the SPL didn't come with em. Well guess this one did, eh.
Well, I am just getting ready to set er up for the boat and couldn't help but notice that extra prong there as I was putting together my fuel line - what he said lit the bulb now!
So really? Just cap it off and run er (yah, I already have the fuel/oil in the tank ready to go). Don't need to do anything about the pump and what not?
What do ya like to cap it off with? I am trying to think of something in the plumbing isle at the hardware store, nothing comes to mind at the moment.
