U-joints on Volvo SP-A

I have bad bellows on my outdrive and was wanting to replace the u-joints. The question I have is to get the drive shaft out of the upper housing do you just remove the 4 bolts around that flange and the shaft slide out. Do you have to remove the shift cover. Can these be pretty stubborn to get apart? Anyone have part#'s for aftermarket u-joints, and what seals will I need when I remove the upper gear housing. In the diagrams I have seen it looks like just one large o-ring and one smaller one. Does this seem to be correct? Thanks in advance for any help.
