Grease isn't sealant, but it will probably be fine as long as you put some grease on the nose of the drive so it doesn't push the bellows out of position.
Boat will be in the water all season, going to pull outdrive off and redo, no big deal, just don't want any problems. What type of sealant should I use. Thanks for the input.
