I don't really think a warning is in order at all. Just kick em off! That distracts me everytime.<br /><br /><br />I'm pretty sure that was a game and not a cheerleading practice, which makes it even worse. I would prolly kick her off the squad immediately, and if I was on the squad with her I would be pretty p'oed for making everyone look bad.<br /><br />My favorite part is when all the cheerleaders extend their right arm and fist into the air, but she just haphazardly throws her left up there because the phone is in the other hand. Its the only arm movement she really did, and I'm not sure why she bothered. I dont think she had all the footwork correct though, towards the end she was way early on a few steps etc.
