Unsure of the outdrive info

Pardon me for my ignorance on sounding like a complete newbie on this but this is my first boat and it has been a learn as I go kind of project. Ive been thankful to have learned so much from this boat but this one has me stumped.

Both motors run great, so I know its not really a 'engine topic' but when I am behind the boat or near the stern especially at idle, the starboard outdrive seems to disrupt the water around it a bit more causing a splashing and somewhat bubbling sound. If it could only be as quiet and smooth on the water's surface as the port side one, that would be great! Its not too much of a nuisance but I was wondering mostly...

Is there something that is starting to go horribly wrong that I need to have looked at immediately? and if so, what do you all think it maybe?

P.S. The bilge is dry as a bone and has been for years, so no leaks.

Thank you for your help!

Are the exhaust bellows intact on the noisy/bubbly one? Don't think it would matter much but its the first place I'd look.
