Call Jack at Superior Marine 800-338-9281.
The older (and shorter) shaft and related parts may be harder to come by. Ask about a complete gearcase just for comparison.

Good luck!

Okay, complete gearcase, "used" is 1000. I can get the propeller shaft, gears, and clutch dog for 450 out of Marine Parts Outlet from Florida. Any suggestions or ideas?

They say the parts are "like new".

Thanks again everyone.

Carl
