When running in the back bay approx. 3500 rpm, -twin 91' Johnson Seahorses 200s, the starboard engine would often surge up to 4500 to 5000 rpm and would need to push the throttle levers out of sync to keep both engines same speed.

Could that be something with the throttle linkage or maybe carbuuerators?

thanks
robc
