Hello<br />Does anybody know if OMC ever produced a connecting rod that would go between the engines for steering twin engines with a cable steering system?<br />Thanks,Rolmops

When you say cable steering, I assume you are speaking of the mechanical steering setup, not tiller cable with pulleys. However, on those engines in either case, a steering adapter (305816) would be conected to the center hole of each engines carrying handle with the adjustable bar connected between them.<br /><br />That item would be called an adjustable tie-bar and the OMC numbers are:<br /><br />175171=19"-24", 175172=24"-30", 175173=30-36, and 175254=36"-42"
