I have 1987 twin 350's with less than 300 hours.
Been in storage for 5 years.
I want to increase HP and have engines checked out
by a pro.
Question: Can I change from carburetor to fuel injection? If so, what increase in HP can I expect? I already have electronic ignition.
Any other suggestions?

Yes you can go to fuel injection.. Holley makes a EFI setup called Pro Jection espicaly for marine applications...As for A HP increase it's not likely to increase noticeably over a PROPERLY tuned carburator but will offer better cold starts, better idle, and perhaps an increase in fuel economy...One thing to keep in mind is that a fuel injection setup will require a fuel return line back to the fuel tank... :)
www.holley.com
