Tubing skiing rigging question

I have a 3.0 bayliner capri i want to use for tubing / skiing. I picked up an eyelet for towing from the boat shop and plan to install it I have to other rings on either side of the outdrive. Can anyone give me some tips on how to rig up maybe some links to a few pics of different ways ..thanks for any info.

One thing I am thinking here, is backing plate! Use a big piece of wood or some sheet metal to help spead the load out or gel coat cracking could be a major issue.

Also, run you drill for the holes in reverse, it prevents cracking as well.

The eye will be good for towing single skiers, knee boarders, wake boarders, as it get the rope up higher. For tubes, multiple skiers, and for towing boats, get one of these:
