Rebuilt carbs and changed out water pump. Dumped old 2 cycle oil from tank and added 1/2 gallon of new oil. Has a pulse oil mix system but not sure how to prime system, to make VRO work properly. Can any one help?

Disconnect the oil line from the mtr and purge oil from the tank in a container. Reconnect oil line and pump bulb till hard. Mark the oil level on the tank and run 50:1 mix in the fuel untill oil level is going down.
