I need help in determining the year of my Honda 9.9 4 stroke outboard motor. Serial number BABJ-1607929.

I have it as a 10hp, and somewhere in a hole in the chart that's between '03 (starting at serial 130xxxx) and 2010 (2011 beginning serial 170xxxx)

I have it as a 9.9 from 2006.
I think that's the frame number you gave, do you have the block serial number?
It might be on the bottom of the block at the front of the motor and might start with BEABJ.
