Trying out new outdoor griddle

Just got this thing and trying to learn the ropes ... First try at fajitas turned out pretty good ..

Also have cooked burgers and pancakes .. Got any fajita recipes or techniques you can share ?
My son is cooking some steaks on it tomorrow ... we'll see how that turns out ...

Thanks , it's a 4 burner dedicated griddle I picked up at Academy Sports .. I think they do sell a grill attachment for it ..

Gm I would gladly send you the leftovers but I think my son polished them off last night when he got home from work .. :sorry:
Cooked the steaks tonight . Just under 5 mins on each side ... Med rare and very tender ... No steak sauce needed .... :hungry:
