Serial #1B451420 The boat won't get up on plane. The temp sensor and oil sensor are good but it acts like the warning system is activated. Does not have fuel injection or ECM. Motor will not go to full rpm

Not an outboard guy but this sounds more like a weak motor or fuel problem. I would suggest doing a compression test and see if the moderator will move this to the Mercury outboard section. Probably get more responses
