Alright its been a while since Ive been under the cover of my 86' 150 Mariner Magnum EFI. I just replaced one switch box, and after the install i have no power at the fuel pump. I have not ran the engine since summer 2010 and i mistakenly turned off the battery supply while running when the switch box went out. After it went out, I do not recall if the fuel pump was working or not. I have spark, I can turn the engine over, but when I turn the key on I get no power to the fuel pump. I have 12.6 volts between the red and purple wire and ground. I can ground the pump and get power. But even when I ground it, it will not crank., and the pump will continually run without shutting off even under pressure. I am thinking ECU, but could someone please tell me how to test the ECU, or the Voltage regulators. Thanks in advance.
