Looks like it must have been dirt clogged in the carb somewhere. After completely cleaning the carb out the motor seems to be running the way I would expect it to.

One thing I noticed is that the idle mixture screws are very sensitive now, the slightest turn on them and the idle changes. I put a vacuum gauge on and have a steady 17" of vacuum, I actually adjusted the mixture using the gauge so I could get the highest/steady reading possible.

I can get as high as 18" of vacuum at idle but it's not real steady, idle fluctuates cause it's a little too lean.

I spent a few $ replacing plugs, power valve, and fuel separator all of which weren't really bad but I should be in good shape to run through this summer and then some.

Thanks everyone for helping out.
