Trolling motor wire

Hey,
I want to attach my trolling motor wire to the inside of the hull. What I’ve done in the past is just use some resin to stock a piece of wood where needed. Is there an easier way?
Tape of some kind with Velcro? I don’t know, what’s clever and easy? Gotta be durable though.

The piece of resined wood is probably the most durable. I've tried all kinds of stickum things and they all fall off no matter how clean the surface is.

One thing I haven't tried on boat yet is the 3M Command products. Around the house they work great and never pull off.
