Trolling motor size

I have a 2005 Sea Ray Sport 180 that I want to do some fishing out of....I want to put a trolling motor on it (Minn Kota) I have a 30lb thrust Endura Minn Kota (from another boat I had) but know I need a bigger one. Any suggestions as to what size trolling motor. The Sea Ray has an inline 4 cylinder motor and outdrive. I think the boat weighs about 2100 lbs empty. Thanks in advance for your help.

Get the most power you can afford. If you want a lot of power above 52lbs you will need to go 24 volts. Rember if you use it in fast moving water you will need a bit more power to pull the boat against the current or run it on max all day long.
