Trolling motor recommendations

I have a Hurricane cc21 and am looking for a trolling motor. Some say 80# is enough, but I'm wondering if 112# would be better. Does anyone have any experience with this boat and trolling motors?

Troller size can depend a bit on how much room you have for batteries. a 112# Minnkota requires 36V for operation so you will need space for three deep cycle/lithium batteries connected in series. Whether you need 112# would also depend on the bodies of water you frequent. Rivers and fast current need lots of power going against the current. Big water, wind and waves ditto. Calmer conditions would probably allow less power.
