Trolling motor plug?

So I had a 12/24v power guide(?) 45 thrust, thinking original to boat, 86 ranger. A buddy was selling his boat and he had a Pinpoint 3700 trolling motor with a Pinpoint 7500 depth finder. Considering the pinpoint, should in theory be better and bigger, we swapped it out to my boat prior to him selling.

My question is regarding the wiring to the plug. The pinpoint is 24v only. On the console side of my plug I have 2 red, a white and a black wire. On the trolling side of the one I took off of my boat it had two reds and a black with one red having a jumper to terminal-3 to 4.

The pinpoint has four wires, 2 Orange (+) and two white (-). I'm trying to figure the correct way to wire this pinpoint to my existing plug. Do i simply hook the white together and wire them where the black was and the Orange to individual terminals or what? Any suggestions.

Ok, so I totally lied I the picture above. On the console side of the plug the two top wires are red, the lower left is black, lower right is white. So on the male troller plug 1 matches the white wire, 2 matches a red, 3 matches a red and is 's to 4 which matches to a black wire.

Also I believe in the rear, if memory correct, each battery is wired independently to it's it circuit breaker. I suppose I could go out and flip each breaker on to see which red and ground goes to which battery, but not sure it matters. The connections are a pia to see as they are tucked up under a lip in bilge.
