I have a maxxum 74t troller. the motor was slow starting ( or no at all ) I removed the 2 screws on the motor shaft .now the screws and back of shaft won't line up, it seems like the shaft is longer than the body... please help :
you have to put the rear in first as the brush's sound like they are behind the stator and not riding on the stator stopping you pushing it back together.
